They only had 2 drivers running the routes, and I was told that if your flight gets delayed, you go to the back of the line. 40 minutes later, I call them for a status, and they basically said I should just take an Uber and cancel, and they'll refund me, as they had no ETA on when the driver would be available. Duh! Because we were in the air! After I pointed that out, they were like "Oh, ok." They told us to wait an hour for the next available ride. I called their customer service number, and was told that I was a no-show and didn't return their call. I would like to see this verification because I never saw any shuttle. The company said they have gps verification that he was at the crowne plaza. Because I could not return his call (obviously because we were still in the air), they marked us as no-show and basically abandoned us. I never even saw a shuttle or spoke to anyone.
While we were in the air, the driver had arrived at Lihue and left me a voicemail on my phone that he was waiting for us. SpeediShuttle apparently doesn't keep up with your flight status, even though they ask for your flight number and itinerary info.
